The Yoga Bar is centered around Sangha (Yogi-speak for community), & like all communities we come in all forms - bigger, smaller, younger, wizened, flexible, inflexible, novice & practiced. We welcome you to the Sangha!

Flowing Through Grace Yoga Retreat

Along with daily yoga and meditation classes, we will explore some of our favorite places on the Island of the Gods, experiencing true Balinese culture, participating in temple ceremonies and exploring some of Bali's natural wonders like the storied rice terraces and pristine beaches.

A daily asana practice, grounded in the traditions of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin, will help to invigorate and reconnect you with your body. Activities around Ubud will ensure that you get to experience Bali and its

wonders, spa treatments will leave you relaxed and balanced and evening meditations will help you center and reconnect with your inner spirit.

We hope that you can join us in this magical place, which has become so dear to us. We have yet to find a more supportive environment for yoga, healing or relaxation than this beautiful island and we would love to share it and the gifts of yoga with you.
